Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Previous construction experience preferred
