Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removal of debris and trash.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team structure.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
