Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Complete daily inspection reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
