Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow instructions from foremen and site supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver them to work sites.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance duties.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we train on the job.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
