Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Perform routine site cleanup and debris removal, ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and handheld power tools under the direct supervision of foremen.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Support the team in concrete pouring, taping, and general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants who are ready to learn the trade from the ground up.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
