Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Support skilled trade professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
