Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision

- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks
