Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and material handling
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols strictly
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, and manual excavation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
