Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, carpenters, and masons, with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure worksite for everyone.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- A strong willingness to learn and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
