Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, excavation, and site preparation tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with material handling and basic assembly
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Participate in daily team briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
