Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols meticulously
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and equipment setup
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout work shifts
- Participate in team briefings and project updates
- Adapt to diverse project requirements in residential/commercial settings
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston metro area
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early starts
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
