Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and ensure proper storage.
- Operate power tools and basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor duties.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by project schedules.
