Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (saws, drills, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform light demolition and debris removal
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning
