Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Assist in basic concrete work and foundation preparation
- Participate in team tasks to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Fort Worth area
- No experience necessary - paid training provided
- Basic math skills for material measurements
