Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and safety zone maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Transport materials to designated areas using carts, dollies, or heavy equipment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in team projects to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation
