Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervisionFollow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and digging
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
