Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle and transport construction materials safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, concrete work, and framing tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily progress reports and material inventory tracking
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate workflow and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
