Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (e.g., digging, carrying materials, cleanup)
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support site preparation and demolition activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train on the job!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
