Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and clean-up
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adapt to changing project needs
- Participate in building residential/commercial structures, foundations, and framing
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required but beneficial)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
