Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction terminology preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
