- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete minor cleanup and debris removal tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Boston
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
