Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors and crew leads
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention protocols
- Support various construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh metro area
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
