Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and demonstrate safe work practices
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train you!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
