Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal/written instructions from site supervisors
- Transport materials and equipment to designated work areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
