Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision including shovels, saws, and drills
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by sorting debris and following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings and safety guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as directed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist with equipment setup and site cleanup procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
