Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hats, vests, etc.)
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and site restoration
- Participate in basic concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to daily work schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Zero experience necessary – we provide all training!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen checks
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Team player with positive attitude
