- Safely load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools

- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
