Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, jackhammers) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and comply with OSHA standards
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or willingness to train
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
