Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and earthwork tasks safely
- Install temporary structures and assist skilled trades (carpentry, masonry)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
