Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow strict safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Perform basic trenching, shoveling, and lifting operations

Qualifications
