Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Assist with equipment maintenance and basic machinery operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
