Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in team projects to meet daily construction goals
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
