Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized job site following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and crew leads
- Support various construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and demolition
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
