Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on commercial/residential sites
- Operate machinery (excavators, jackhammers, power tools) with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to supervisors
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to work 8-12 hour shifts in all weather conditions
