Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in team construction projects as directed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level positions welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
