Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites following safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and recycling processes
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical fitness screening
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
