Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites for daily operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Support Activities: Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Basic Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Physical Labor: Perform tasks that require physical stamina, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the job site.
