Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and remove debris
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform site preparation tasks like trenching and backfilling
- Assist in equipment setup and teardown
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
