Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform demolition and cleanup tasks following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and transport debris
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and crew leads
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee County
