Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Support Tasks: Perform manual labor tasks including mixing concrete, carrying lumber, and assisting skilled tradespeople with various duties.
- Site Clean-up: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing waste and organizing tools after each shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants with a strong willingness to learn and work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual for all shifts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Nashville area.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
