Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Participate in team-based projects with clear communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- No prior construction experience required (training provided)
- Basic understanding of verbal instructions and safety guidelines
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork on job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
