Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Erect scaffolding and temporary structures as directed
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driverâs license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and provide employment verification
