Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Safely operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as needed
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to supervisors
- Participate in team briefings and daily safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
