Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, hand saws) safely
- Clean and organize job sites daily
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
