Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure accident-free work environments
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project specifications
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide full training!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Ability to work effectively in diverse team environments
