Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Participate in site cleanup and waste management
- Support team members with basic construction tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
- Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
