Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal and ground clearing
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work site following safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and supplies
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state-issued driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions including extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude
