Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by debris removal and equipment maintenance
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must possess valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northern Virginia
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors
