Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors
- Participate in building framing, foundation work, and finishing tasks
- Adapt to dynamic construction schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Kansas City area
