Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Support demolition, excavation, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided free)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in MN/IL
- Basic communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
